Publisher review:Hydraulic, Mechanical and Electric Modeling in Simulink - Demonstration models and presentation used in Webinar, April 6, 2006 These files were used in the webinar on Modeling Mechanical, Electric and Hydraulic Systems in Simulink, which was broadcast on April 6th, 2006.In this webinar (Now Recorded and available from our website), we show how Simulink® enables faster and more effective development of controlled mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems through simulation. We feature modeling and simulation of hydraulic systems with the (new) product SimHydraulics.
We also demonstrate how to build models of mechanical components using SimMechanics and SimDriveline, and models of electric circuit and power management components using SimPowerSystems. We show how to access all of these products through the Simulink interface, and how to integrate them with other tools that complement the MATLAB® and Simulink platforms for Model-Based Design of controlled motion actuation systems. These products enable performance evaluation of controlled mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic machine designs without a reliance on physical prototypes. This enables early and thorough testing of a design, which leads to a full exploration of options, early detection of problems, and savings in time and money. Requirements: · MATLAB Release: R2006a · SimHydraulics · SimMechanics
